Vacation Bible School 2017 Registration Form

This is the online registration form for Vacation Bible School (VBS) at the St. Ann Parish Center. VBS will be July 23-27. Sunday, July 23rd is the introduction to our theme "Geared Up for God" and parent night from 6pm-7pm. July 24-27 will be from 9-11am. The cost of this five day camp is $10 per child. Payments will need to be sent separately. Please submit your payment online through online giving, or by sending your payment to St. Ann Church-VBS P.O. Box 218 Janesville, MN 56048, dropping it off at the Parish Office or placing it in the collection basket at church in a sealed envelope clearly labeled "St. Ann-VBS." Checks can be written out to St. Ann Church-VBS. Please write the name(s) of your child(ren) attending in the memo line if paying by check. The deadline to register for VBS is June 30th. A $10 charge will be added for registrations received after the deadline.
