If your child was not baptized at St. Ann, St. Joseph, or All Saints please send a copy to St. Ann Church Attn: Faith Formation PO Box 218 Janesville, MN 56048.

Formed videos for parents

We are requiring parents to watch two videos in preparation for your child's First Reconciliation and First Communion.
You can find these videos on the FORMED website. ​If you do not have an account yet, our parishes have it free to us through the Diocese. When signing up, search for "St Ann, Janesville, MN" and sign up with your information. 
The first video is called "Forgiven" and is available on the FORMED website. Please watch this before your child receives their First Reconciliation. ​
The second video is called "Presence" and is also available on FORMED. Please watch this before your child receives their First Communion.

First communion Banner

Your child (with your help) will have to make a First Communion banner.  Each family is responsible for the supplies.  It must be on a dowel with a string attached, so we can hang it up in the church.  The banner can be made from felt or any type of material.  Felt seems to work best.  Make sure your child’s name is on the front of the banner.  Please bring the banner to the First Communion practice.  You will be able to take them with you right after First Communion Mass.
