This will be your registration for our Faith Formation program for the 2019-2020 school year. Registration will be done here, but payments will have to be sent in separately. Please send payments as soon as possible to St. Ann's Faith Formation PO Box 218 Janesville, MN 56048, drop off at the Parish Office, place in the collection basket at church in a sealed envelope clearly labeled St. Ann Formation Dues or click here to pay online.  If paying by check, please list your child's name(s) in the memo line of your check. Payments must be received before the first day/night of class on September 25th.
Please note that most of the Faith Formation communication will be through email, the church bulletin, the church website (stannjan.com), Remind(texting) and the St. Ann-Janesville/St. Joseph-Waldorf Facebook page. (Please "Like" this page if you haven't done so already.)
