St. Ann's Parish Center Reservation Request Form

Please use this form to make a request to reserve St. Ann's Parish Center.   You may refer to the Parish Center Calendar below to view the available dates. Please mail fees and insurance Certificate of Liability form, if applicable, to the Parish Office address listed below.

    For Parishioners (Non-Church Related Functions)
    One room - 50 people - one coffeepot - 6-8 tables plus chairs - use of walk-in cooler included.............................$40

    For Non-Parishioners (Non-Church Related Functions)

    No alcoholic beverages are permitted on this premises without special events insurance coverage as required by the Diocese of Winona at a cost of $100 to be paid 4 weeks in advance of event or activity.

    Also, a Certificate of Insurance (from your home owners insurance) is needed listing the Diocese of Winona and Saint Ann Catholic Church as an "Additional Insured" and a copy sent to the parish office.

    Please note: Unforeseeable circumstances, such as funerals, may take priority over previously scheduled agreements.

    Guidelines for rental of Parish Center
    The most important thing to remember is: Leave the building in the shape you found it in when you arrived,
    1. Bring your own dish towels and dish cloths to use in the kitchen.
    2. Place all garbage in plastic trash cans provided.  Three garbage bags are included in the rental fee.  If more are needed you will want to bring your own. Do not fill garbage bags until they overflow.  We must be able to tie the bags shut in order to remove the garbage from the Parish Center building.
    3. Wipe off the tables with a wet cloth.
    4. There are brooms and dust pan available in hallway closet next to kitchen. Sweep the floor before leaving.  Next door down is a vacuum, please vacuum carpet in rooms used.
    5. Set the chairs back into position by the tables as they were before you came.
    6. If you use a coffeepot, when you are finished, dump the coffee grounds in the garbage, dump the remaining coffee out and wash the coffeepots thoroughly before putting away.
    7. Please do not touch thermostats.
    8. Make sure all lights are turned off.  Remember to check bathrooms.
    9. A phone is available in the hallway by the office and front entrance.  Anyone can call in but local calls (234-0000) can be made out.
